Description

The F460E drive control unit is designed for automatic start and stop control, with the option of selecting whether the controlled machine is moving forward or in reverse. The control unit is constructed to meet the current requirements of the motor used, such as the P2XR520 12 300 34 2500 produced by ATAS a.s. at full load. The control unit is designed as a compact unit to take up the minimum of installation space with direct outlets and its dimensions are 120x80x60mm, excluding outlets. The control and power outlets are located on the controller cover, also to take up as little space as possible.

The controller can be fixed in place using screws on the bottom and these can be spaced according to the customer’s requirements.

The basic parameters are as follows: supply voltage and sensitivity of the control inputs is in the range 8 – 16V DC with overvoltage and polarity reversal protection, output load is a constant 40A with electronic overload control. Temporary overload is enabled electronically, depending on the motor and power connector used. It is assumed that external two-colour indicator lights located on the machine control panel will be used to indicate the status of the controller. Indicated statuses are as follows: OK, low battery, fault - overheating.

In mechanical terms the controller is housed in a sturdy aluminium box, which together with the outlets complies with protection class IP65.
